a friend in the garden.

It seems like every day it is a different "friend" that Kaitlyn needs to carry everywhere she goes. Today is was Scratchy (that is the bunny's name). And she also "needed" to wear her Cinderella dress today as well. Who am I to argue? LOL

The sun was directly overhead and I didn't bother going back in to get my flash to fill in the shadows, so I did my best. I had a rough day yesterday and I just am not "feeling it" today. I think I need more sleep, I kept having nightmares last night for some reason. :(

So here is the princess and today's "best friend"!









It was so funny listening to her have a conversation with her bunny.

Kaitlyn: Scratchy, would you like to eat some pink flowers?

Bunny (Kaitlyn in a VERY HIGH PITCHED voice): Oh yes! But no roses, they have prickers and thorns!

Kaitlyn: Ok bunny, no roses for you! (makes bunny pretend to eat flowers) Scratchy, would you like a drink of water?

Bunny: Yes yes yes! My throat is SO dry from all those delicious flowers!

Kaitlyn: Oh no! We live in the desert, there is no water here!

Bunny: Oh no! We need to find an asis! (oasis) Hop on that camel and let's go!

Kaitlyn: bumpity bumpity bumpity bump. Wow this camel is bumpy!

Bunny: I need a nap.

Kaitlyn: Ok, see you later Scratchy bunny. (goes to play on the swingset)
