Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree...

Why are you so tempting to little hands? Must be all the shiny, fragile glass ornaments that would slice little fingers to ribbons if they should break...

I know I really shouldn't put them on the tree, but dang it, they are so pretty!

Our tree has actually been up since the day after Thanksgiving, but I'm just now getting around to taking pics of it. These are just messing around with long exposures, trying to get the lights to do that twinkly "starburst" effect.





Oh, and the ornaments are no longer in all the same places... Kaitlyn so helpfully took care of rearranging every single one of them for me. Wasn't that nice of her? And I did find a few of them in her room too... namely the Spongebob and Spiderman ones... all tucked in under her covers on her bed. Guess they were tired and needed a nap?

At least she didn't mess with the glass ones...
