what the duck?

Our neighbors own a pool and spa business and almost every weekend, this guy comes to visit in the corner of our yard! Kaitlyn LOVES him!


Their house is down a long driveway so they put the inflatable duck in our yard beside their entrance to catch people's eye on the highway- it's working too, they have had a ton of traffic to their shop today!

And here is one I had way too much photoshop fun with- love these textures!


My girl Leah is working on some awesome new things and I have been lucky enough to be one of the first to play! Stay tuned because once she gives the official "go ahead" I will have tons more to say and show with this type of processing!


I made Devin stand by the duck for size reference... he wasn't wanting to be "bothered" by me and the camera today so he only let me have one shot. Sigh. He had his first baseball practice today! Well, "officially" it wasn't a practice since they aren't "allowed" to practice until April 1. So SHHHH! ;) I am SO looking forward to sports photography again- I feel like I have grown leaps and bounds since last year and I can't wait to put my skills to the test!

I'm not sure how much I will be able to post the first part of next week... Jason is having surgery on Monday and my mom and his mom will be here helping out. But I will try and at least pop in even if I don't have any photos to share (though I do plan on bringing my camera to the hospital this time- J isn't too keen on that but TOO BAD! LOL).
