Um... happy birthday to ME?

So... today is my birthday. Yup, I'm a 7/7 baby. I know a gal isn't supposed to divulge her real age, but I don't care if you all know how old I am! Today is my big 2-9. It's not bothering me to turn 29. People kept telling me that 29 is hard and 30 is REALLY hard, but I'm not too worried. I don't FEEL old, so maybe that's the key?

Today has started out like any other day, Jason is already gone to work, and only Kaitlyn and me are awake. We've already eaten a lovely breakfast of Boo Berry cereal and I'm about to sit down with my French Vanilla Cappucino and look at my photography magazines.

Oh, and you'll get a kick out of this: Jason bought me a VACUUM for my b-day! Some women would be downright offended to get a gift like that, but I'm not! It's really nice- he actually listened to me when I told him that if I can't have a new lens for my b-day I wanted a NICE vacuum! Men. Sometimes you just have to spell it out for them. (wink) I can't complain though, I think I've got a good one. :grin:

I'm just really missing my oldest boy Austin today. He stayed behind in Florida to visit with his grandparents longer. I was fine for about a week, but now I'm REALLY missing him and wanting him home! NOW! He hasn't even seen the new house yet, or his new room! I'm anxious to hear what he thinks about it all.

I hope everyone has a great day today. My goal for the day is to get a few more pics for the 26 Things scaveneger hunt and to scout out some good urban locations here in town! Wish me luck- I have to drag the other 2 kids along (and surprisingly Devin is more difficult to take places than Kaitlyn is! Go figure.).
