i missed this one somehow...

This was taken the same day I took the "wish flowers" pics but somehow I skipped right over it! I don't know how that happened!

This is Kaitlyn's new "pose". Any time I ask her to sit nicely and smile this is what I get:


I suppose it COULD be worse... this actually isn't that bad. It's even kinda cute. Not like the boys when they put that horrible fake cheesy smile on that makes them look like they are about to poop their pants.

I never got "into" the fairy-fying photos craze... I admit to putting wings on kids a few times but I haven't gone all out and added magical wings and fairy dust and photshopped them into fairytale settings. Though the whole idea fascinates me. I guess I am lazy, it just looks like it would be a LOT of work. Finally I decided to give this shot a tiny bit of fairy "magic" and added the dragonfly wings. I ran a midnight gold action and reduced it down quite a bit because it was REALLY overpowering. What do you think?


Oh, and ps- Chell, I asked Kaitlyn for you where she gets her red hair. She said (matter of factly), "In a box from the cabinet, just like you momma!"

Gotta love her! :)

(truthfully, there is red hair on both sides of the family. Jason's side has the bright orange-red hair and my side has the more auburn red that Kaitlyn and Devin got.)
